Can I change a quote?
Yes. Edit the available quantities on your quote or tell Urbie what changed. A revised scope needs a recalculated price.
When do I pay?
You can request a quote as a guest. Sign in when you’re ready to book, then review the checkout total and pay through Stripe.
Are taxes included?
The service quote and checkout identify the applicable amount. GST is added and shown in the booking form before you continue to payment.
What if the job needs extra work?
Changes to scope need review. Contact our team if the job differs from the description or estimate before work proceeds.
