Pricing Philosophy

Transparent pricing, aligned with the market.

Our prices are designed to stay fair and competitive — based on service type, home size, scope, and current local conditions.

You'll always see the final total before checkout.

Four principles behind every quote

We don't use vague hourly guessing or flat averages. Every quote is built from concrete signals — so the price you see is actually meaningful.

Scope-based, not vague

Service type, home size, number of rooms or items, access conditions, and estimated time all feed directly into your price. Nothing is assumed.

Market-aligned

Pricing stays consistent with local market trends and seasonal demand in Greater Vancouver — without sudden surprises between bookings.

Transparent add-ons

Optional add-ons — like deep cleaning extras, packing materials, or specialty item handling — are shown clearly and selected by you before checkout. Nothing is added silently.

Condition modifiers

Standard, heavy, or move-in/move-out condition levels adjust pricing fairly based on actual workload — so you don't pay for work that wasn't needed, and providers are fairly compensated when it is.

What affects your price

Two things worth knowing up front: what goes into the calculation, and what will never appear.

Common factors

  • Property size and number of rooms or floors
  • Service scope — standard, deep, or specialized
  • Condition level — affects workload and time required
  • Access conditions — stairs, long carry distance, parking
  • Specialty items — heavy furniture, appliances, disposal types
  • Selected add-ons chosen before checkout

What will never happen

  • No hidden fees added after booking
  • No unclear open-ended hourly guessing
  • No surprise charges without your approval first
  • No platform fees or checkout surcharges
  • No forced tips or gratuity added at checkout

How each service is priced

Each service category uses a different pricing model built around how that work is actually scoped and delivered.

Cleaning

Standard, deep, move-in/move-out, and recurring

How it's priced

  • Service package — standard, deep, or move-in/move-out
  • Home size — studio through 5+ bedrooms
  • Room add-ons — extra bathrooms, finished basement
  • Condition level — standard, heavy, or post-construction
  • Premium add-ons — inside fridge/oven, windows, laundry

Handyman

Repairs, installations, assembly, and maintenance

How it's priced

  • Dispatch package — covers arrival and first service block
  • Additional time — billed in structured increments
  • Complexity level — straightforward vs. technical tasks
  • Materials if needed — quoted separately before work begins

Moving

Local moves by crew size; long-distance flat rate

How it's priced

  • Base move package — crew size and minimum coverage
  • Additional time — extended moves billed in increments
  • Add-ons — stairs, long carry, packing service
  • Specialty handling — piano, safe, oversized items
  • Long-distance — flat rate based on distance and volume

Junk Removal

Volume-based tiers including labour and disposal

How it's priced

  • Volume tier — from a small load up to a full truck
  • Single-item pickups — furniture, appliances quoted separately
  • Includes labour, transport, and standard disposal
  • Special disposal add-ons — e-waste, construction debris

Price confirmation promise

Final price shown before checkout.

After you answer a few quick questions — and attach optional photos — we show a clear, itemized breakdown before you confirm anything. You decide what's included.

If something unexpected comes up on-site, your provider will notify you and ask for approval before proceeding. No work begins on unapproved additions.

Pricing questions, answered

Short answers to questions that come up often.

Bedroom count is one input, not the only one. Condition level, the number of bathrooms, access factors, and any selected add-ons all affect the final price. Two 2-bedroom homes can have very different scopes of work.
Cleaning and junk removal are priced by scope and volume — not open-ended hourly. Handyman and moving services use structured time blocks with a defined starting package, so you know the minimum commitment before booking.
Yes. During the quote flow, you can add or remove optional extras — specific rooms, add-on tasks, access details — and the price updates in real time. You only pay for what you select.
Use the notes field in the quote tool to describe your situation, or contact us directly. For unusual scopes — like estate clearouts, renovation sites, or complex multi-unit moves — we'll follow up to build a custom quote.
Always. Your card is authorized at booking but not charged until after the service is complete. You see an itemized total — including applicable taxes — before you confirm. No checkout surprises.
