We require a minimum 48-hour advance booking. For month-end and weekend moves, we recommend booking 1–2 weeks ahead as slots fill quickly.
Basic coverage ($0.60/lb per item) is included with every move. Full replacement value protection is available as an upgrade and covers the actual value of damaged or lost items up to $50K.
Yes, we serve all of British Columbia for local moves. For moves beyond 100 km, a distance surcharge applies. Enter both addresses during booking to get an accurate quote.
Your crew will communicate proactively. Overtime is billed in 30-minute increments at a discounted rate. You always approve additional time before it starts.
Absolutely. Our crews are experienced with walk-ups, narrow stairwells, and elevator-controlled buildings. Let us know about access conditions during booking so we can prepare accordingly.
For safety reasons, we cannot transport hazardous materials, firearms, perishable food, or live animals. Plants can be moved but aren't covered by cargo insurance.
Tips are always appreciated but never expected. Our movers are fairly compensated. If you'd like to tip, the app makes it easy to add a gratuity after your move is complete.
