Payment Schedule

Platform Fee

15% on all completed jobs

This covers:

• Payment processing and security
• Liability insurance coverage
• 24/7 customer and provider support
• Marketing and customer acquisition
• Platform maintenance and features

Bonuses & Incentives

• New Provider Bonus: $200 after completing your first 5 jobs with 4.5+ rating
• Referral Bonus: $100 for each provider you refer who completes 10 jobs
• High Performer Bonus: Up to $500/month for top-rated providers
• Peak Hour Premium: 20% bonus for jobs during high-demand times

Cancellation Compensation

• 24+ hours notice: No compensation
• 2-24 hours notice: 50% of job value
• Less than 2 hours: 75% of job value
• Customer no-show: 100% of job value

Tax Information

As an independent contractor, you're responsible for:

• Income tax reporting (we provide annual tax summaries)
• GST/PST registration if earnings exceed $30,000/year
• Self-employment tax contributions
