You get paid via direct deposit within 24 hours of job completion. Customers pay upfront, and funds are released to you after the job is confirmed complete.
We charge 15% of the job total. This covers payment processing, insurance, customer support, marketing, and platform maintenance. You set your base rate, and customers see the total price including our fee.
Yes! You set your hourly or flat rate based on your experience and market rates. We provide pricing guidance based on category and location.
No, you have complete freedom to accept or decline jobs based on your schedule, location preference, and workload. There's no penalty for declining.
If a customer cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you receive a cancellation fee (50% of the job value). Last-minute cancellations (less than 2 hours) are compensated at 75%.
