1. Free Cancellations

Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

2. Late Cancellations

  • Within 24 hours: A late cancellation fee may apply.
  • No-shows: May incur up to 50% of the estimated job cost.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • Service not delivered as promised.
  • Quality issues documented within 72 hours.
  • Unauthorized charges or extras.

4. How to Request

Use Support or AI Concierge to request a review. Provide photos, description, and order details.

5. Resolution

We aim to resolve within 5 business days. Options include partial/full refunds, rework visits, or credits.

6. Provider Cancellations

If a provider cancels, you may request rebooking or a full refund of any pre-authorization holds.
